The Sun Do Shine: Tales From a Trial Court

Book 3, Death is Different, is about the prosecution of two codefendants facing the death penalty.  Their stories show the way capital punishment is applied in a state trial court, from a prosecutor’s decision to seek death to a jury’s verdict on its imposition.

Book 3 is in progress.  Chapters are published as final edits are made.

The book begins with the first chapter:  3.1 Christmas Eve.
